  I have a 2000 Craftman riding mower that started sounding like it was grinding metal last summer. Of course called SEARS, because that’s where I bought it. After 6 months of trying to get SEARS to do the repair, I figured it was a lost cause. I didn’t find any other shop in Loveland so just stored it for the winter.   KD is listed on Ryobi's web site as an authorized provider. I was having an issue with my son's grass edger and couldn't get it back together. I called late in the afternoon and they said to bring it in the next morning. When we arrived the owner repaired the unit on the spot.
